No. It's free for you to find a lawyer and get matched. We don't charge consumers a cent.

That depends on the lawyer and the type of case. Some areas like personal injury are typically contingency-based, meaning you don't pay unless you win. Others use flat fees, hourly rates, or retainers. The lawyer will discuss costs with you directly, and we ask every lawyer in our network to be transparent upfront.

Yes. We share your case summary only with the lawyer we match you to. We don't sell your information or share it with any other party.

No. We don't distribute your information to anyone other than the lawyer we match you to. One match. One conversation. No flood.

Tell us. We track response times across our network. Lawyers who don't respond to referrals get removed from rotation. If your match goes quiet, we'll find you a new one.

About a week after your match, we'll send a short survey by email and text asking how it went. Your feedback affects whether the lawyer stays on our network.
